Our Team

Victoria has worked at Rainbow since 2019. She’s heald various positions until taking over as the Center Director in 2023. She is a Level 14 on the Wisconsin Registry and has a Bachelor’s degree in Unified Early Childhood from UW- Eau Claire.

Leanna returned to Rainbow in 2021 and has worn many hats during her time here. She is a Level 2 on the Wisonsin Registry. She has many years of experience as a business/office manager.

Becca started at Rainbow in 2026 when she and her family moved to the area. Currently Becca is the lead teacher in Room 1. She has a Wisconsin Registry Level of 15. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life and Human Development with an Early Childhood Emphasis.

Teri returned to Rainbow in 2020 and is currently the lead teacher in Room 2. She is a Wisonsin Registry Level 12 and holds an Associates in Early Childhood from Highland Community College.

Traci returned to Rainbow in 2024. She is the lead teacher in Room 5. She holds a Child Development Associate and is Level 6 in the Wisconsin Registry.

Korie started at Rainbow in 2017. She has worked in many classrooms and is currently the lead teacher in room 7. She is a Level 4 on the Wisconsin Registry and completed multiple Early Childhood courses.

Felicia started at Rainbow in 2025. She is currently the lead teacher in Room 11. Felicia ia a Level 14 on the Wisconsin Registry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Amber joined Rainbow in 2026 as the lead teacher in Room 12. She is Level 8 in the Wisconsin Registry and attended Martin Luther College for Elementary Education.

Tara started at Rainbow in 2026 when she moved to the area. She is currently the lead teacher in Room 14. Tara is a Level 4 in the Wisconsin Registry and has complete multiple childcare courses.

Carley started at Rainbow in 2023. She has filled in where needed and currently is the assistant teacher in Room 1. She is a Level 12 in the Wisconsin Registry and holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Blackhawk Tech.

Sammy started at Rainbow in 2024 as the assistant teacher in Room 2. She has completed childcare courses and is currently a Level 3 in the Wisconsin Registry.

Aggie started at Rainbow in 2022. She moved through many different teaching positions before setting into the cook position. Aggie is a Level 3 in the Wisconsin Registry. She has completed Child Education and food safety courses.

Sandy has been with Rainbow since 2004. She has helped in many classrooms over the years, but spends most of her time in the kitchen. She is a Registry Level 3 and has completed Early Childhood courses.

Hunter started at Rainbow in 2024 and has helped wherever needed since then. Currently she is a floating teacher covering breaks in various classrooms. Hunter is a Level 1 in the Wisconsin Registry and has completed a childcare course.

Janet joined Rainbow in 2026 as a substitute teacher. She covers in all classrooms throughout the building. She holds a BA from UW-Madison and a MS from UW-Whitewater in Curriculum & Instruction. Janet is a Level 16 in the Wisconsin Registry.

Kelly started at Rainbow in 2024 as a subsistute teacher. She covers in all classrooms as needed. She is a Level 16 in the Wisconsin Registry with a MA in Elementary Eduation from Arizona State University.

Misty started at Rainbow in 2020. She has moved through various positions and is currently an on call substitute. She is a level 11 in the Wisconsin Registry. Misty completed most of her Early Childhood Education classes at Blackhawk Tech.

Maddie started at Rainbow in 2026. She is currently a substitute teacher who fills in when she is come from college. She is majoring in Elementary Education at UW-Platteville. Maddie is a Level 7 on the Wisconsin Registry.
